Your choice of bedroom.

We have a choice of bedrooms to suit your needs. These range from standard doubles to ones with views towards lake Windermere and the distant fells. The bedrooms are spread over two floors, some are at the front of the building overlooking the road and others are at the back of the building overlooking Bowness bowling green and towards the fells.

All the guest rooms are comfortably furnished and have standard-size double beds. They are all centrally heated, have hospitality trays which include tea, coffee, Fair Trade hot chocolate and biscuits plus mint chocolates. Each room has a colour television with freeview, hair dryer, shaving points, iron and ironing board and en-suite shower rooms with W. C. Liquid hand soap plus shampoo and shower gel are also provided.

Double Room - A comfortable light and airy room situated on the first floor at the rear of the guest house.

Double Room with lake view - This is the largest and most popular of our rooms, located at the rear of the guest house on the second floor, giving you plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay. From the window you can enjoy the spectacular views towards lake Windermere with the fells in the distance.

Double Room - Bright and airy room located on the second floor overlooking the main road.

Double Room with lake view - A comfortably furnished room located at the rear of the guest house on the second floor. the window you can enjoy a splendid view towards lake Windermere and the distant fells.

Cosy Double - This is the smallest of our rooms but still has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. It is ideal if you are looking for a base from which to explore the Lake District. The room which is located on the second floor overlooks the main road.
