Reservations & Cancellations.
Valid debit or credit card details are required to make
a reservation. We do not accept American Express.
To confirm a reservation we require the following details:-
- Your Name,
- House Number,
- Postcode,
- A Contact Telephone Number,
- Debit/credit Card Number,
- Start and/or Expiry Date,
- Security Number (last 3 numbers on reverse of card).
Please Note: A non-refundable deposit, equivalent to the first nights' stay, will be taken at the time of booking for card verification purposes. The balance becomes payable upon arrival. If you choose to pay by Credit Card a 2% surcharge will be made. We are sorry but this transaction charge is beyond our control. There is no charge for Debit Cards.
Weekend and Bank Holiday: Minimum stay 2 nights from Thursday to Sunday inclusive.
Easter: Minimum stay 3 nights (Thursday to Monday).
Check-in Time: You can check-in anytime between 3pm and 6pm. This will allow us to plan our day around each of our guest arrivals and ensure we are available to greet you. Other times by prior arrangement.
Cancellations: In the unfortunate event you have to cancel a booking the following will apply:
- If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival the first night will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Holiday insurance is recommended to avoid disappointment.
